How are laws made? - Research Task (Thursday T4, W3)

 TASK DESCRIPTION - Today I took a large time of number to get this done. This is basically about what if I made the laws!? I was really thinking of a criminal case and just write down what should we do from now on and always. Anyways I think I also successfully finished this because I was able to take my time.
