Summer Learning Journey ) Art: Cicada

TASK DESCRIPTION : Kia ora viewers! I apologies for not posting through this holidays. Today I decided to do some fun art! 

 

WALT: All I needed was this piece of blank paper and a pencil, can not forget a eraser just in case I make mistakes. I also used a red sharpie to colour in the circles which were the eyes of the cicada. 

At first it wasn't looking so good, but when I was finally it looks like a masterpiece!

TASK DESCRIPTION : Today I finally finished off my Research task that probably took forever to get done. I learned more about Donatello's sculpture which is great! TASK DESCRIPTION - Today I got to learn more about Pointillism art by listening to what the person was saying. 

All I needed to do was to listen carefully to what the person is saying and type in the long box what they had said. I also had few of the words to help me spell what they said. After I was finally done I head to my blog and published it with a task description.

Tumoe Four Facts: Collage & Pointillism

TASK DESCRIPTION - Today's following task I got to learn some facts about this very unique art called "Pointillism Collage". This type of art was made in between the late 1880s. The person who made this type of art is very smart. Because of that it looks like it's just a type of painting but while looking at it long enough you can see little small dots that blends. It makes the viewers confused but still is stunned about it.

TASK DESCRIPTION - My following task was about Diwali. Diwali always does something fun like art! Like Rangoli! Rangoli is a beautiful art work you mainly have to do on the ground. The Stolen Stars of Matariki

Task description: This week we have been learning about Matariki. As a class we read the stolen stars of Matariki. We then had to pick our favourite part of the story and create a piece of art. This is my finished piece of art. My favourite part was when the grandmother was telling the children the story of Matariki.
